Christopher Captain, Director of Goodjustice Malawi, hails from rural Zomba district, where his early lessons in service from his father ignited a passion for community development.

A graduate of Blantyre International University, he channels his commitment into fostering change. Christopher’s initiatives, rooted in partnerships, aim to empower the youth in his hometown.

His work with Goodjustice reflects a belief in universal progress through equal access to education, housing and water, irrespective of where a person is born.

Josphat Mtambo

Josephat Wamaka Mtambo is a dedicated advocate for vulnerable youth and women empowerment. Over the past decade, he has passionately worked towards helping disadvantaged youth realize their dreams, with a focus on supporting their education financially. Josephat has been actively involved in a Youth Empowerment Program from 2011 to 2020, where his mentorship played a crucial role in shaping the educational journeys of many.

Josephat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Strategic Management, reflecting his comprehensive understanding of business dynamics. His multifaceted career showcases a unique blend of social responsibility and professional acumen, making him a respected figure in both the realms of youth empowerment and insurance.
